Terms of Service

Eligibility

• You must have the legal right to use any photo you upload.
• You may upload only content you own or are authorized to use.
• You may not upload explicit, violent, illegal, or unsafe content.

Consumable Credits

• Trimly Hair sells consumable in-app credit packs.
• Credits are used when a new hairstyle preview generation starts.
• Credits are not a subscription and do not auto-renew.
• Syncing purchases checks your App Store receipts and restores missing credit grants to your account. It does not create a new charge.

Generated Results

• Generated previews are intended for visual experimentation only.
• Results may vary based on source image quality, lighting, pose, and hairstyle reference.

Account and Deletion

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in provider.
• You can permanently delete your account from Settings > Profile inside the app.
• Deleting your account removes the active profile, stored result history, and remaining credits associated with the account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not upload content you are not allowed to use.
• Do not impersonate another person.
• Do not attempt to abuse purchase, sync, or refund logic.
• Do not use the service for illegal or harmful content generation.

Availability

We may update or improve the app at any time. Temporary outages can happen during maintenance or provider incidents.
